Redline Garage Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 04/01/2025

By booking a lift bay, renting tools, using any equipment, or entering the Redline Garage workspace, you (“the Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Liability Waiver

Redline Garage, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or accidents that occur on the premises, including but not limited to:

• Improper tool or lift use

• Vehicle damage during repair

• Fire, explosion, chemical spills, or hazardous situations

All work is performed at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for your safety and the safety of others accompanying you.

2. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that working on vehicles and using heavy equipment carries inherent risks. You certify that you:

• Are physically able and legally allowed to work on vehicles

• Have the basic knowledge to safely operate tools, lifts, and equipment

• Will comply with all posted safety rules and staff instructions

Failure to follow safety rules or directions may result in immediate termination of your session without refund.

You are responsible for any damage caused by:

• Improper or negligent use of tools or lifts

• Failure to follow instructions

• Misuse of garage space

Redline Garage reserves the right to bill for repair or replacement costs. A valid card on file or deposit may be used to cover damages.

4. Vehicle Damage & Project Liability

Redline Garage is a DIY workspace. We do not guarantee any outcome of your work. We are not liable for:

• Errors made during repair or modification

• Accidental damage to your vehicle

• Tools or parts that fail during use

You acknowledge that any issues with your vehicle are your sole responsibility.

5. Payment Terms

• All deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation occurs more than 24 hours in advance

• Remaining balances are due at the time of service

• Unpaid balances or damages may result in refusal of future bookings

Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment time without refund.

6. Tool & Lift Use Policy

• Only Redline Garage staff may operate certain equipment (including lifts, welders, and diagnostic tools)

• You agree not to tamper with or override equipment safety features

• You will inform staff immediately if a tool appears damaged or unsafe

7. Storage Policy

Overnight storage may be available by request, but Redline Garage is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of any property left on-site. Unapproved overnight stays may result in towing at your expense.

8. Media Release (Optional Clause)

You grant Redline Garage permission to use photos or video of your vehicle or project taken on-site for marketing or educational purposes, unless you opt out in writing.

9. Membership (If Applicable)

Founding Members and any future members agree to abide by all Redline Garage rules. Failure to do so may result in revocation of membership privileges without refund.

10. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Redline Garage and its affiliates against any and all claims, damages, losses, or legal actions resulting from your use of the facility.

11. Changes to Terms

Redline Garage reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified via email and/or posted updates on the website.

By booking, entering, or using Redline Garage services, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
